Our Mission
TruthTribe exists to provide a fun, engaging and safe environment for young women ages 13-18. We utilize yoga, mindfulness and creative expression to help girls dig deep and transform from the inside-out.

Our Story
TruthTribe came to fruition over several years of collaborating and dreaming up our 'ideal' model for helping teens feel empowered and set their young adult lives on the best path for success.

In the summer of 2015 everything came together perfectly as Jill decided to transition into private practice. Jessica started her Yoga Training in late July, completing by early October and Jill began her training and certification process in October, finishing up in January 2016.

We didn't know exactly how everything would come together but we took a leap of faith and created our first tribe in October 2015.

Today we continue to fill up our groups and draw more attention to this unique model of teen empowerment and are excited to add workshops and intensives to our services this summer.
